Some of the things we're exploring at this phase are:
- What's the best way to give customers control over spending limits?
- What would the expected product behavior be when limits are met?
- What would be the impact of those behaviors on the customer and viewer?
- What insights and alerts into usage and spend do customers want to understand their plan better?
