Preroll

Prerolls, postrolls, and midrolls are all forms of secondary content that intentionally interrupt the primary content that a viewer is intending to watch.

As the name suggests, a preroll plays before the main content. Preroll ads are common on Youtube and other online video sites where content is shorter. A preroll bumper is something like the logo of the network that shows for a few seconds before the start of a program.
