Real-time monitoring
Mux Data’s Monitoring Dashboard gives you a real-time view of how the quality of your video experience is performing so you can identify and troubleshoot issues before they impact your audience. The Monitoring Dashboard includes engagement data such as Current Concurrent Viewers, Top Titles by CCV, and a global geographical breakdown of CCV.
On the quality of experience (QoE) side, the dashboard shows performance across CDNs, players, and ISPs. It also helps you identify what percentage of viewers are experiencing video startup failures, playback failures, and rebuffering issues. Dive into a specific metric to see which CDN, ASN, Player, or Geography is the most impacted by technical issues to help you diagnose and mitigate issues within your video infrastructure more effectively.
Streaming Exports
Need to analyze or archive your video QoE data beyond the Mux dashboard?
The Self-Service Media plan allows you to export view data in CSV format via the Exports API. It also includes up to two real-time streaming exports using Amazon Kinesis.
Streaming exports are set up on an environment level. Views are sent to Kinesis as they complete and are made available to retrieve from the stream within about one minute after the view ends.
